• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.

ak888 will conduct identity verification using the CNIC details provided at registration. Verification is a mandatory prerequisite for activating deposit, withdrawal, and real-money gaming functionality. ak888 may request additional documentation, including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation, at any stage of your account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your ak888 account. This responsibility includes:

All financial transactions on the ak888 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ak888 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted:

• HBL — bank transfers processed within one business day
• UBL — bank transfers processed within one business day

ak888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ak888 accepts no responsibility.

ak888 offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are credited to your ak888 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.
• ak888 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void any winnings derived from those funds if evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, is detected.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) slot and instant game titles available on ak888 are independently certified for randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical outcomes and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session results.

ak888 does not offer credit. All gaming activity must be funded from a positive real-money or bonus balance. Negative balances are not permitted.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ak888 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional mechanics

ak888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Where an account is closed by ak888 due to a breach of these Terms, ak888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, balances may be frozen indefinitely pending the outcome of the relevant investigation or legal proceedings.
